1. HR Officer- Posting Job Description online & to mail the same to consultancies . Calling up & taking the 1st level of interview . If found good to schedule the 2nd level interview with the higher up. Finally recruiting the person taking care of all the formalities required.
2. To conduct exit interview & analyzing the reason for the candidates leaving & filling the same.
3. Checking the quotations made for the product inquiries received based on the information / excels provided taking it to the last stage where it needs to the sent either by the person himself or by the higher ups
4. To make the User Manuals for Tables & Lights & update it on regular basis
5. To make detailed job description ( for atleast one important task ) for the complete staff members based on the written content given by the staff
6. To follow up through phone / email with the dealers list every month . All dealers to give minimum business of 1 table & Light . To support them to fulfill their targets & ensure TSI to meet them regularly . If not giving us business , to write appropriate remarks & tie up with another good dealer .
7. To make complete documents for tenders & assist in its uploading online.
8. To take care of all correspondences to be exchanged either on phone/mail & follow it up till the task is completed.
9. Any other work that will be assigned on case to case basis by the higher ups.
10. To maintain cordial relations with all staff members & doing work in unity. Helping others in their work too.
11. Good communication skills in English & Hindi & Telegu .
