• Strong project management delivery experience in Microsoft technologies like MS ASP.NET, SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics ERP and CRM
• Should be a veteran and carried into the career profiling of Microsoft technologies
• Should be well versed and implemented projects with the end to end project management functions
• Should be well versed with most of development methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, RUP, Iterative
• Strong knowledge in Quality standards and framework like ISO, Sig Sigma and CMMi Level 5
• Strong experience in delivering several and concurrent full lifecycle software projects
• Certified in Scrum, PMI or Prince 2 with working experience using these practices
• Excellent communication skills, able to deal with technology heads and non-technology stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills
• Experienced in managing and negotiations with third party relationships
• Experience in Microsoft technology trends and hands-on if required
