Role Description:
1. Customer & Vendor Support –Telephonic & Mail Correspondence
2. Should have E-mail Marketing knowledge
3. Data Base Management- Vendor & Customer
4. Work in co-ordination with other teams to complete the Tasks
5. Should have experience in preparing customer service summary reports Daily & Weekly and report to the concerned Manager.
6. Maintains detailed call activity reports and record them future references.
7. Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.
8. Maintain High Standards of service & Customer Satisfaction
9. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
